WHY THESE INFORMATION
Pursuant to Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who visit the website visitvaldarno.it (hereinafter the “Site”).
These information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on the site but referring to resources external to the Municipality’s domains.

Following consultation of the Site, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed. The holder of the data is the Municipality of Bucine (hereinafter “Owner”) as the leader of the Valdarno Tourist Area (consisting in the following municipalities: Bucine, Castelfranco Piandiscò, Cavriglia, Laterina Pergine, Loro Ciuffenna, Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno, Terranuova Bracciolini).

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data are processed for the purposes strictly connected and necessary for the access and consultation of the Site and pursued by the Valdarno Tourist Area (the site pursues the purpose of divulging, promoting and enhancing the Valdarno territory). In addition, the data will be used to respond to messages sent by users of the site.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
Personal data are processed by the Owner in the execution of its public interest tasks or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers.

The data collected by the site are processed at the Headquarters of the Owner.
DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
The data collected by the site during its process are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Data provided voluntarily by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of personal data to the email addresses indicated in the different access channels of this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the user data necessary to respond to the requests produced and / or provide the service. In this case, the acquired data will be processed exclusively for this purpose to respond to user requests, for example, regarding the use of a service, problems connecting to the site, problems navigating the site and problems accessing the services offered by the site. In order to better contextualize the question, users can be contacted by email, phone or through other communication systems by an operator appointed by the Administration. Failure to provide data (e.g. personal data, email address, or telephone number) may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
Navigation data. The mere navigation of the site does not require the provision of personal data, except for those collected automatically and described in the cookie policy section referred to in this statement. In fact, during the navigation, the computer systems and applications dedicated to the functioning of the site detect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are data that are not collected to identify users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow them to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and could be used, at the request of the competent Authorities, exclusively for investigation or assessment of liability in court, in compliance with current legislation: except in this case, the web contact data does not persist for more than seven days.
PROCESSING AND STORAGE TREATMENT
The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679. We point out that, in compliance with the principles or lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION
The data may be communicated, or the employees or collaborators of the Body expressly designated “authorized for processing” and selected “external data processor” may become aware of it. The collected data will not be disclosed.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN NON-EU COUNTRIES
The data collected on this site are not transferred to Non-EU countries.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Municipality, in the cases provided, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (artiche 15 and following of the Regulation). The specific application to the Municipality of Bucine is presented by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the Municipality of Bucine.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINTS
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them through the sites of the Municipality is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
